Alex Robertson – Director
Alex has worked in the property industry for over 30 years. He has been with Rolle Consultancy & Management Limited since its inception and has undertaken a wide range of both property management duties and consultancy work in the property field. His particular area of expertise is in due diligence assessment of potential property purchases or investments.
Prior to joining Rolle Consultancy & Management Limited, Alex worked as a project manager in the construction industry and has a very wide knowledge of building construction procedures.
Gay O’Sullivan – Director
Gay has been an accountant in the property field for over 30 years.
Gay initially worked with Rolle Associates and subsequently moved to Rolle Consultancy & Management Limited. Her work includes the day to day financial management for Rolle Consultancy & Management Limited and its clients. This includes completing accounts to Balance Sheet, Tax and GST Returns, and liaising with owners’ personal accountants where required.
Melissa McGhie – Property Manager
Melissa graduated from Lincoln University in 2007 and joined Rolle Consultancy & Management in 2010. Along with managing several varied properties, she is also in charge of leasing across Rolle’s portfolio. Melissa has acted as owner’s representative on a $18m new build project, overseeing this through to completion. Melissa is actively involved in helping with Property Council events.
Nick Reilly – Property Manager
Nick came to Rolle Consultancy & Management in 2013, following a number of years in property and facilities management for the public sector. He is the primary manager for a number of properties in Rolle’s portfolio, including retail, office space, warehousing and body corporates.
Brad Arthur – Property Manager
Brad graduated from Massey in 2014 and joined Rolle Consultancy & Management the following year. He is the primary contact for a large mixed use CBD building and assists the other property managers as required.
Lisa Duggan – Accounts
Lisa works with Gay on the day to day financial management of the properties, as well as providing in-house IT support. Lisa has a varied background which has included IT support, admin and accounts roles in both the property and hospitality industries.
Sue Childs – Administrator
Sue came to Rolle Consultancy & Management following work in both the non-profit and banking sectors. Sue keeps the office running, deals with enquiries and assists with the accounts.
Michael Duggan – Accounts and Special Projects
Michael assists with the accounts and also handles a variety of special projects as these arise. His background includes HR, risk assessment, public sector analyst roles and financial analysis.
Our office team are supported in the field by three trades management staff. Their roles include undertaking minor remedial work, problem assessment and contractor coordination, as well as product assessment and purchase.
