Melissa McGhie – Director

Melissa graduated from Lincoln University in 2007 and joined Rolle Consultancy & Management in 2010.  In October 2020 she became a director of Rolle.  Melissa looks after several office buildings in Wellington CBD and manages the property management side of the business.

Melissa has acted as owner’s representative on a $18m new build project, overseeing this through to completion.  In 2017 she became a director of Mary Potter Hospice Apartments board and is also currently on the Wellington Property Council Executive Committee.

Prior to joining Rolle, Melissa worked in local government and valuation.

Lisa Duggan – Director

Lisa’s work includes the day to day financial management for Rolle Consultancy & Management Limited and its clients. This includes completing accounts to Balance Sheet, Tax and GST Returns, and liaising with owners’ personal accountants where required. Lisa has a varied background which has included IT support, admin and accounts roles in both the property and hospitality industries. Lisa became a director of Rolle in 2020.

Nick Reilly – Property Manager

Nick came to Rolle Consultancy & Management in 2013, following a number of years in property and facilities management for the public sector.  He is the primary manager for a number of properties in Rolle’s portfolio, including retail, office space and warehousing.

Andrew Coppersmith – Property Manager

Having graduated from Victoria University of Wellington in 2014 (B.Com), Andrew now has over five years’ experience in both property and facilities management fields.

Since joining Rolle Consultancy & Management Ltd in 2021, Andrew oversees a mix of commercial office, accommodation, and industrial buildings throughout the greater Wellington area. Along with primary property management, Andrew is also in charge of all leasing across the company.

Andrew’s experience extends from acting on behalf of private sector tenants to central government landlords via contract management. Through managing a wide range of properties, Andrew has been involved in full property refurbishments, to high-end lease negotiations on behalf of both private and public landlords.

Nicky Sievert – Property Assistant

Nicky provides support to our property managers, helping to handle tenant enquiries, assisting with administration and getting out and about if required. While her property background is on the tenant side, Nicky also works as an illustrator of children’s books.

Toshi Harada – Facilities Assistant

Toshi has a unique background with over 10 years’ experience as a housekeeping manager in the accommodation industry. He is familiar with many different types of building issues and has even fixed a few himself as a handyman. Toshi is in charge of logging and managing the maintenance and security jobs for our properties. A lover of New Zealand nature, Toshi wants to complete all the Great Walks and the Te Araroa Trail one day.

Sue Childs – Administrator

Sue came to Rolle Consultancy & Management following work in both the non-profit and banking sectors.  Sue keeps the office running, deals with enquiries and assists with the accounts.

Michael Duggan – Accounts and Special Projects

Michael assists with the accounts and handles various special projects as these arise.  His background includes HR, risk assessment, public sector analyst roles and financial analysis.

Gay O’Sullivan – Advisor

Gay has been an accountant in the property field for over 30 years and was a director of Rolle Consultancy & Management up until 2020.

While Gay recently stood down as a director, she remains with Rolle in an advisory capacity.
